Visualization, Key to the Achievement of Your Goal
There are three steps that are required for the accomplishment of any goal.
- You need to have a strong desire or be passionate about the goal. When you are passionate about a goal, you will do everything necessary to accomplish the goal.
- You need to visualize your goal. You need have the exact image of what you want.
- You need to have positive expectation. You need to expect the best. To have positive expectation, you need to release the past.
Visualization is critical for the accomplishment of any goal. Visualization helps to reprogram your belief system. It re-educates your subconscious mind with the new scripts and programs.
To use visualization successfully you need to:
- Make sure that you identify any limiting belief you might have that contradicts your goal. Identify the limiting belief and work to change it.
- You need to quiet your chatter mind through meditation, hypnosis, or progressive relaxation.
- Beware of your self talks. Make sure that they are not contradictory to your goal. Make sure that your self talks do not erase the new programming you are attempting to create.
- Visualize the desired outcome. Repeat affirmations and visualize the outcome. Make sure that you add strong feeling to the visualization process.
Keep visualizing for the period of about 21 days and the new programming will start taking affect. When new belief system which is congruent to your goal is constructed in the subconscious, the accomplishment of your goal is easily attainable.
