Stop The Mental Horror Movie
When you worry, you are running a horror movie in your mind. When you repeatedly worry, you impress the subconscious mind with the reruns of the mental horror movies. As you were worrying about your problem, you might have thought that you were thinking about your problem. Worrying is not thinking; it is emotionalizing.
You should consider these facts:
- Most of the things you worry about will never happen.
- If things that you worried about did happened, they probably did less damage to you than your worrying about them did.
- If things are going to happen, worrying about them will never prevent them from happening.
- According to the Law of Attraction, incessant worrying about something will eventually result in manifestation of that thing. Stop worrying if you don’t want to encounter the dire outcome you have been thinking of.
- Worrying cause all kinds of physical discomfort. Constant worrying lead to physical illness.
Stop worrying. Stop projecting these horror movies onto your mental screen. Deliberately choose positive thoughts. Deliberately choose running pleasant movies onto your mental screen. Learn to quiet your mind. Stop torturing yourself.
“There is nothing that wastes the body like worry, and one who has any faith in God should be ashamed to worry about anything whatsoever.” Mahatma Gandhi
