Stop The Mental Horror Movie


Tragic Breakfast (No hope for eggs)When you worry, you are running a horror movie in your mind. When you repeatedly worry, you impress the subconscious mind with the reruns of the mental horror movies. As you were worrying about your problem, you might have thought that you were thinking about your problem. Worrying is not thinking; it is emotionalizing.

 

You should consider these facts:

Stop worrying. Stop projecting these horror movies onto your mental screen. Deliberately choose positive thoughts. Deliberately choose running pleasant movies onto your mental screen. Learn to quiet your mind. Stop torturing yourself.
