Effective Time Management


There are 24 hours in a day, but there still never seems to be enough time. Where does all the time go? Let’s presume that you spend eight hours a day sleeping, you are still left with 16 hours a day. Why does it seem that you never have enough time to do what needs to be done?

 

One of the main reason we never have enough time is because we spent most of our time doing things that are not productive. Here are some examples of activities that are time killers:

These are just some steps you can take to manage your time effectively. If you follow the steps outlined above for a period of at least thirty days, it would eventually be come habitual. It might seem difficult at first, but after thirty days it would become quite natural.

 

Time management is essentially the result of self management. Time management will enable you to achieve more in less time. Eventually you will have more time to do what you want and enjoy doing.
